My Family Farmer is a brand created by SunGlory Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited, founded by Mr. Sandeep Rajale. We are passionate about delivering fresh, organic fruits and vegetables to your doorstep in Pune City.Our journey began in 1999, inspired by Mr. Rajale's deep commitment to sustainable and organic farming that protects both the soil and human health.
My Family Farmer operates as a biodiverse, self-sustaining food system, certified by PGS-India Organic under the Government of India. This ensures that everything we grow is 100% organic and natural. Our farm is located in the village of Kasarpimpalgaon, District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
Meet Our Founder and CEO
Mr. Sandeep Rajale is the Founder and CEO of SunGlory Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited and the creator of the My Family Farmer brand. He started as an engineer and sugar technologist, working in a sugar factory in his hometown, Kasarpimpalgaon. However, his true passion has always been farming, which he began in 1999 while still working his job.
Initially, Mr. Rajale practiced chemical farming, but he realized how it was harming the soil and producing unhealthy food. As a result, 10 years ago, he switched to organic farming. In 2009, he left his job to focus entirely on organic farming, with the goal of improving the soil and providing healthy, natural food for people.
He also brought together other farmers in his village to form SunGlory Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited. When it became difficult to sell their organic produce in local markets, his wife, Mrs. Shobha Sandeep Rajale, moved to Pune in 2020. She met people in the city who were interested in organic produce. With their support, they created the My Family Farmer brand to deliver fresh organic fruits and vegetables to homes in Pune City.
Meet Our Director
Mrs. Shobha Sandeep Rajale is the Director of SunGlory Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited. She completed her diploma in agriculture at Rahuri Agriculture University and graduated with a BSc in Horticulture. In 2005, she married Mr. Sandeep Rajale, an engineer and progressive farmer. After marriage, Mrs. Rajale began working with her husband on their farm.
As they faced challenges in marketing their organic produce, Mrs. Rajale took the initiative to move to Pune in 2020. There, she visited various societies and connected with people who were interested in organic produce. Her efforts played a key role in the success of their brand, My Family Farmer, which now delivers fresh organic fruits and vegetables to homes in Pune City.
Our Production Team
At My Family Farmer, we have two dedicated teams working to ensure we deliver the best organic produce to you.
Team A is our field team, working 24/7 on the farm, led by Vivek Vijay Rajale. This team includes Mr. Vijay Rajale and Mrs. Alka Rajale, who, with over 21 years of experience in farming, manage a 40-acre organic farm and a cowshed. They also run a vermi compost plant, which is essential for maintaining healthy soil in organic farming. Additionally, Vivek manages our organic sugarcane farm and the organic jaggery-making plant, which adds more value to our product line and ensures we offer a diverse range of organic goods.
Team B is our marketing team, based in Pune, led by Mrs. Shobha Sandeep Rajale. This team focuses on promoting our brand and ensuring our organic fruits, vegetables, and products like organic jaggery reach families across the city.
Mrs. Alka Rajale and Vivek are directors of SunGlory Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited, and Mr. Vijay Rajale is one of the company's promoters. Together, these teams work hard to bring fresh, chemical-free produce from our farm to your home.
