At My Family Farmer, we take pride in providing fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise with your order, and we’re here to help resolve them. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellations will not be accepted.

However, if you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at WhatsApp :8080898316 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy:

No Refunds After Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept refund requests.

Damaged or Missing Products: If you receive a damaged or missing product, we are committed to finding a solution that is fair for all parties involved.

How to Report an Issue:

For vegetables and fruits: Please notify us on the same day of delivery with appropriate images.

For other products: You must notify us within 5 days from the delivery date by emailing myfamilyfarmer1111@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 8080898316.

What to Include in Your Complaint:

In your email or message, kindly include:

Order number

Image of the invoice
Clear images of the damaged products


A video of the unboxing process (if available), to help us assess the issue better

We will respond to your message within 24-48 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by either:

Replacing the damaged or missing product, or

Offering a suitable alternative

Important Notes:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds will not be issued, but we are happy to replace any damaged or missing items.

Last-minute changes in your order might occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural pests affecting the quality of the produce.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering the best organic produce from our farm to your table.
